Got questions? We’ve got answers. At C & A Storage Solutions, we understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. We have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions in order to enhance your experience with us. What are my payment options?
All invoices are to be paid in advance, every 4 weeks. Payment via bank transfer.
If i remove my vehicle for a day/weekend/week do i get storage time in credit?
No, your paying for Storage in advance to have the space secured to store your vehicle.
Is my car insured under C&A's insurance?
Yes, up to a value of £30,000. If your car is valued at more than this, we can inform our insurers and then a surcharge may be added.
Do i still need to insure my car?
Yes, a lot of insurance companies will offer a discount whist its in storage, but you will have to notify them when you take it on the road again.
Can i just call in to pick up my car or to see it/clean it?
No, please respect the 48hr notice policy. Yes, you may call in to see your car or to collect your car but by appointment only. Including bringing your car back.
Can i leave my "everyday" car there when i pick up my stored car?
Yes, we call this a car swap. your car will go in the same space as your stored car, unless otherwise arranged.
I'm going on holiday, can you store my car short-term?
Yes, Short-term storage is available.
Can a Friend/Colleague/Family Member collect my car?
Yes, but notice of this and who is collecting must be given in writing to the email address. the Collector MUST have proof of ID before we will allow the car to be taken.
